Seasons at Lake Lanier will have a look-a-like in Northwest Georgia. Levitt and Sons, who is currently planning a 750-home development for active seniors just west of Gainesville, plans a similar community totaling 724 homes northwest of Atlanta. They recently bought 855 acres in Paulding County for Seasons at Seven Hills. This will be Levitt's third "active senior" community and the project will include a 514-home, family-centered development, as well. The Gainesville development is planned for Brown's Bridge and McEver Roads.
