I have been fishing from bank mostly, and using blue back harings ,large minnos,I have been catching stripers up to 25lb and differente size of the small and large mouth bass! I use 25+ pound line;2oz weight;leader 12" and casting stagared -short(shalow water, farther& farther...)and patience ... I use 5 fishing poles in good heavy duty holders ...because your fishing rod WILL BE GONE in second if striper hit...god luck
