The Preserve at Thompson Creek is located on the northwest edge of Lake Lanier in Dawsonville, GA. The Preserve was conceived with the intention of creating a luxurious lakefront getaway with the amenities and conveniences of modern day living. They have a limited number of lots available. Though you are welcome to use your own builder (plan approval required), you are free to use the Preserve's resident builder.
