The water level is stabilizing after the sudden increase in the water level at Lake Lanier.  The current water level is 1067.88 which is 3.12 feet below full pool.  The amount of water being dumped in Lake Lanier from swollen creeks has dramatically decreased.  This means that flood water around Lake Lanier is receding.  Now time will tell if the COE will allow this increase in the water level to remain.
