The water level at Lake Lanier rose 4.32 inches over the weekend with rain that impacted the area on Sunday. The COE also cut back on the water releases which helped raise the water level. Currently, Lake Lanier is at 1072.05 The COE is trying to lower Lake Lanier to 1071.00 for flood management.
