This year's Dragon Boat Festival will take place on Saturday, September 12, 2009. Spectators and rowers are both very welcome.

- Categories: Race categories include: Open, Female, Mixed, BCS (Breast Cancer Survivors), Collegiate, High School, International, Recreational and Law Firms. We will open a new category which has at least two teams!
- Participants: In past years teams have participated from corporate Atlanta and from local organizations, churches, and colleges. A few teams which have participated include: AJC International, AT&T, Troutman Sanders LLP, Holder Construction, The Home Depot, Merrill Lynch, United Commercial Bank, Lanier Canoe & Kayak Club, National Association of Chinese Americans, Georgia Tech, Georgia State University, Kennesaw State University, Emory, University of Georgia, Agnes Scott, Reinhardt, and Perimeter College. There are a host of Breast Cancer Survivor (BCS) teams from throughout the United States.
