The 1071 Coalition will hold a public forum on June 3 at 6 pm at Legacy Lodge and Conference Center at Lake Lanier Islands Resort. The evening will include a presentation and discussion with Jerry Barnes, Special Assistant and Director of the Southeast Water Manual Update for the Corps of Engineers. The Corps retained Mr. Barnes as a consultant to head the update of the operating manual.
Additionally, coalition leaders will report on the progress of the group and will announce details of an economic impact study they are funding.
