Shane Watson Guide Service Wednesday Report 10-29-08. The last s
everal days in the wind, downlined trout fished 30-50 feet deep over 70-80 foot bottom have produced best. When we've seen fish on top, freelined trout, bluebacks, and Redfins have worked. There just hasn't been many fish on top since this last cold front and the wind has blown hard for three days. They are saying it will be calm in the morning and we should see some busting fish. If you fish south, look in the mouths of creeks and out over the main channel and fish trout and bluebacks. If you fish north, I would pull ballooned and planerboard gizzard shad and trout. This report is brought to you by Shane Watson Guide Service and Hammond's Fishing Center. We appreciate everyone's business. Good Fishing.
