Shane Watson Guide Service Report (10-16-08). The stripers have been busting on top most mornings since our last report. The topwater and freeline bite continues to very good. The last 2 mornings the fish have been on top and have bit bone Redfins, The Spro BBZ shad, Chugbugs, and pencil poppers. This morning, freelines worked well while we were catching busting fish. The downline bite is hit or miss at best, as the fish are moving around alot. Capt. Macks 4 arm u-rigs are also working well, especially on windy days when the fish are not on top.
